Ivy Hall part of recycling pilot program
(Posted 8-9-05)
Ivy Hall is participating
in a Neighborhood Recycling Pilot Program, an effort by Charleston County
Solid Waste and Recycling to increase recycling participation rates.
Currently, Ivy Hall has a
35-percent participation rate. But the county thinks it could be much
higher.
Recycling pickup is every
other Tuesday. Any resident who needs a
blue recycling bin or wants more information about this program should
call the county's solid waste department at 720-7111.

citizens of Mount Pleasant.
Classes will be held each
Wednesday night from Sept. 14-Nov. 16 at the Mount Pleasant Police
Department at 100 Edwards Lane. Space is limited.
