ENTRANCE RENOVATION PLANS MOVING FORWARD

A detailed site survey of Ivy Hall's entrance was completed recently,
allowing renovation plans to move forward.
The Board ordered the survey so that it would be better prepared to work
with residents, town officials and contractors on the renovation, which
is scheduled to take place this year.
Tentative plans for the new entrance call for replacing our single
monument sign with two curved walls at the corners. The walls would be
made of brick and stucco.
More details of the renovation will be made at a soon-to-be-announced
special neighborhood meeting.
