PRESSURE WASHING

Washing. Original Ivy Hall resident Dave Shiel offers a gentle and
effective alternative to exterior cleaning services that use extreme
water pressure and potentially toxic chemicals. With his Sof-Kleen
system, Shiel uses a specially formulated detergent that's harmless to
plants and contains siding life-extending UV inhibitors, an algaecide,
and dirt and pollution repellants. Hose water pressure ranges from just
40-60 psi compared to up to 3,500 psi by the other guys for a gentle
cleaning without the risk of forced-water damage to your house. The
long-lasting results are phenomenal, Shiel says, citing his own home at
3310 as an example. Shiel, who does all the work himself, provides free
